Yes! Each of our apartments is fully furnished that comes with a bed, sofa & sofa bed, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, eating utensils, cooking utensils, spices, stainless steel pot & pan set, bakeware, wine glasses, mini blender, toaster, hair dryer, etc. They even come with a yoga mat! We provide bed linens for all beds as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We also provide you with a starter set of toiletries, which includes wipes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

No. We only offer entire apartments for guest stays. Our guests want privacy and to feel like they’re in their own homes. When you reserve an apartment with us, it’s all yours.

The majority of our apartments range from 600 square feet to 750 square feet, some are closer to 1,000 square feet. They are 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments, and 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments.

Each 1-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Each apartment features a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress in the bedroom as well as a queen-size sofa bed also with a memory foam mattress.

Each 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people and features a minimum of queen-size memory foam beds.

Yes, children are allowed to stay at our apartments under their parents’ supervision. For babies and toddlers, we provide a pack-and-play/crib, a high chair, and children’s dishware.

The minimum age that we allow for the person making the reservation and checking in is 25 years old. There’s no minimum age for other guests staying under the same reservation.

Yes! We have professional cleaning crews as part of our team. They clean and sanitize every apartment from top to bottom after every guest’s stay. Linens are removed and replaced with fresh linens during each cleaning. We partner with an offsite linen facility that launders and sanitizes all of our linens, towels, and other fabric items. We are very exacting in our standard of cleanliness and only work with the best-of-the-best cleaners.

Our cleaners are supervised by our Property Services Coordinator who also inspects every apartment after the cleaners have cleaned it.

We do provide Refresh Cleanings for stays that are longer than two weeks. There is an additional charge for this service that would need to be paid at the time of your request. We request at least 5-days’ advance notice if you would like to have a Refresh Cleaning.

Many of our apartments are dog-friendly. There are three apartments where no pets of any kind are allowed; these are apartments CH4, CH6, and CH8.

We do allow cats in CH5 and CH7 apartments upon request. We’re not able to accommodate cats in any of our other apartments at this time. Please contact guest services for detailed information on breed restrictions and additional fees.

No, we do not allow smoking of any kind in any of our apartments or on their building premises. There is a smoking remediation fee of $250 per instance and the reservation will be immediately terminated if a guest is discovered to be smoking on the premises.

All of our apartments are equipped with WiFi, dedicated work desks for those who are working remotely, and either crib or Pack N Play for those who have their little ones.

No, all amenities are free.

Street parking with 2 hours of access is available for all apartments.

Only our CH6 apartment has onsite parking with unlimited hours of access located in the back of the building, in addition to street parking.

Apartment Location & Access

At our Capitol Hill apartments, the closest metro stations are the Eastern Market Station and Capitol South Station (Orange, Sliver, and Blue line) an 8-minute or less walk from the apartment. Walking a bit further, you can get to Union Station (1 mile away) in approximately 24-minutes.

The Washington, DC metro area (which includes northern Virginia and parts of Maryland) is very bike friendly. There are bike share station steps from each apartment building where you can rent a bike for half an hour or a whole day.

Uber and Lyft are also readily available near the apartments.

The apartment is approximately 10 minutes by car (if traffic is favorable) to Crystal City. It’s also about 10 minutes by metro.

The closest airport to the apartments is Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). It also goes by the name “National Airport.” It is a 10-minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride from the apartments.

Dulles International Airport is a 36-minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride (without traffic) from the apartments.

Baltimore-Washington (Thurgood Marshall) Airport (BWI) is approximately 45 minutes (without traffic) from the apartments.

YOUR STAY

The minimum length of stay is 4 days and there is no maximum length of stay.

We’ve got you covered on just about everything except clothing and your computer. We’ll leave those two items for you to bring

Our policy is that we do not permit guests to receive USPS mail at our short-term rental units. If you are staying for an extended period and will need to receive mail, we recommend purchasing a PO Box at the nearby US Post Office or UPS Store. We do allow package deliveries on a case-by-case basis and with prior written notification from the guest that a package is expected. Packages must be addressed in a specific manner so that they will not be refused by the building’s management.

Check-in time is anytime after 4pm ET. Check-out is by 11am ET on the last day of your stay.

Yes, we do offer early check-in and late check-out, however, they are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply in order to accommodate your request. Please contact us prior to your stay to inquire about and arrange early check-in.

RATES AND PAYMENTS

Yes, we do honor per diem rates issued by the US federal government for its various agencies.

There’s a one-time cleaning fee that is charged for each reservation. This fee covers the cleaning cost of the apartment before you arrive and after you leave.

Your reservation cost covers up to 2 guests. If there will be more than two guests staying in the apartment, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night. An overnight guest is anyone who stays in the apartment beyond 11pm ET on a given night. Each one-bedroom apartment – and our 2-bedroom CH2 apartment – accommodates up to 4 guests. Each 2-bedroom apartment (aside from CH2) accommodates up to 6 guests. An extra guest fee is not charged for children under the age of 2.

We accept payment by credit card. We can also provide an invoice for ACH payment if your company will be paying for your stay. Full payment for each reservation must be received before a reservation can be confirmed and dates blocked on the apartment calendar.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

A Guest may cancel a confirmed reservation at any time. If a confirmed reservation is canceled 10 or more calendar days prior to the reservation start date, a 75% refund of all paid prepayments will be returned to the original payment method used to make the reservation.

If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 7 calendar days prior to the reservation start date, or during the reserved dates, a 0% refund (no refund) will be provided. Additional refunds may be made as a courtesy at the Host’s discretion.
