We don’t leave things to chance. Our dedicated Property Services team is on-hand and regularly performs quality assurance checks on each apartment. We care for your space like it’s our own.
After a preliminary conversation to determine if we’re the right fit for each other, our team will coordinate a site visit to ensure that the apartment and location are the best fit for our service.
When you sign a lease with Lee & Rush, you can be confident that your income and your property are in good hands. We also carry $1 Million in insurance on each property.
Our team starts furnishing the apartment to prepare to host our guests. Guests will be able to search and find the fully-furnished apartment on multiple travel sites plus here on our very own website.
